- Areas that cannot accommodate large delivery vehicles (e.g., remote locations, islands).
- Extra-long crates require manual unloading or specialized equipment.
- Delayed acceptance beyond 48 hours after the carrier’s initial delivery contact may incur storage fees.
Coverage Area , Where We Ship
We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. islands, please contact us for a customized quote. All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based distribution centers for faster service and tracking accuracy.
Receiving Your Shipment
Delivery Scheduling
Freight carriers will reach out to schedule delivery at your convenience. Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Examine your items carefully for any signs of damage before signing.
- Count and Confirm: Ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Report Any Issues: If you discover damage or missing items, report these within 24 hours to our support team via email support@negativefashion.com or via our contact page.
Handling Damaged Shipments
Occasionally, shipping damage may occur. Please note:
- Visible Damage: Make detailed notes on the delivery receipt for visible damage.
- Concealed Damage: If damage is found after unpacking, report within 72 hours for a replacement or assistance.
Delivery Refusals and Unavailability
