30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in original, new, and unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in brand-new condition; products that are used, laundered, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or Washed: Items with signs of wear, scents, or laundering.

  • Missing Tags: Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Altered: Any garments that have been tailored or modified.

  • Hygiene Items: For health reasons, earrings and intimates are final sale.
